Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Please see the Invitation to Bid regarding bid documents. Elmore County Commission is seeking bids to construct the Wetumpka Sports Complex Field Improvements which include erosion control, clearing & grubbing, grading & excavation, concrete paving, synthetic turf field construction, site drainage, and sodding in accordance with the bid specifications. Furnish one original of certified check or bid bond payable to Elmore County Commission in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00. Include one copy of General Contractor's License Certificate with Bid Proposals. Bidders must direct all inquiries concerning construction plans and bid book in writing to Elmore County Chief Operations Officer Richie Beyer at wrbechd@elmoreco.org.
