Program related equipment and furniture may either be ordered directly by RRC, by the GC or a combination thereof. d) The GC will be required to do their part to thoroughly investigate any supply chain issues with material or equipment for this project. As issues become known, the GC must work with the entire project team to overcome these challenges by recommending more readily available materials. e) Asbestos containing materials have been identified in the work area. Abatement will be completed under a separate scope of work. If GC suspects such materials present on site, stop work immediately and inform both Prime Consultant and Project Manager. f) The GC will be required to provide As-Built drawings in AutoCAD format.
