Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Supply and installation of three 750 mm diameter, one 900 mm diameter, one 1 350 mm diameter, and one 1 500 mm diameter smooth wall steel pipe culverts by the boring method, at four locations on highway no. 16 and two locations on highway no. 49; for a total length of 193 m. Question Deadline 02/28/2025 Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement RFXquestions@gov.sk.ca Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities. Estimated Quantities: Supply And Installing Culverts By Tunnelling Or Boring, As Per Special Provisions: 193 m Decommissioning Of Culverts: 7 culvert Completion Date: Phase I March 15, 2025 Phase II October 31, 2025 Deposit with each Tender - 5% of total bid.
