Liquid Chlorine 13.5 Tons/ Year 6. Potassium Permanganate 11,500 Pounds/ Year 7. Sodium Bisulfite 24,000 Gallons/ Year 8. Sodium Hypochlorite 121,000 Gallons/ Year 9. Zinc Orthophosphate 90,000 Pounds/ Year 10. Organic Polyelectrolytes (Polymer) 5,000 Tons/ Year to de-water anaerobically digested sludge 11. Organic Polyelectrolytes (Polymer) 3,800 Tons/ Year of waste activated sludge Bids must be accompanied by an original bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, drawn on a solvent bank and made payable to the Treasurer of Lake County. The Board of Lake County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems to be in the best interest of Lake County. Bid proposals shall be subject to the condition that the right isreserved to hold bidsfor a period not longer than sixty (60) days after date of opening and/or to award the bid contract at any time during that period.
