The City of Painesville is seeking qualified landscape/mowing companies to cut grass and trim as part of a weekly mowing schedule for the Department of Public Lands. The proposals submitted should include the price for mowing the entire lawn and trimming all areas visible from the street. This includes string trimming all sidewalks and curbs with vegetation growth. All litter should be picked up before mowing. Sidewalks, driveways and parking lots must be blown clear of grass and debris. The quotes provided should be based upon a flat fee for City owned property identified.
