Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,674-square-foot water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes construction of a 2.0 MGD WTP with magnetic ion-exchange (MIEX), (3) Horz. Greensand Plus filters, and (6) PFAS contactors, piping, valves, pumps, and appurtenances. Masonry building approx. 16,674 SF with exterior block veneer includes site work, utilities, below-grade concrete tanks, foundation, and finishes. Additive Alternate A includes demolition of a portion of the existing water treatment plant. Estimated Cost $33,000,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
