Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for Tidewater & Portsmouth Lift Stations Rehabilitation is described briefly as follows: The City of Flowery Branch is seeking proposals for the installation and purchase of two (2) submersible pumps at each lift station, control panel w/ NEMA 4X enclosure and SC100 pump station controller at each station, and new guide rails for the Portsmouth Lift Station. Please see the RFP documents for additional information pertaining to preparing and submitting a proposal package. The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to equipment installation at respective location according to the details in the specifications of the bid. Unauthorized contact regarding the bid with other City of Flowery Branch employees may result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City of Flowery Branch. Vendors should rely only on written statements issued by the Bid correspondent. Funding: This project will be funded using local funds. Reservation of Rights: Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
