Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Anderson, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, addition of three horizontal pressure filters, process piping and valves, building expansion, chemical feed equipment, high service pump replacement, HVAC, electrical, and SCADA control system improvements at the City of Anderson Lafayette water treatment plant. Site work includes site watermain and access drive modifications. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid amount, including any alternates, with a satisfactory corporate surety or by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid Letter of Surety guaranteeing execution of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds upon award of a contract. (3) Performance Bond, approved by the Owner, shall be provided in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The surety of the Performance Bond may not be released until one (1) year after the Owners final settlement with the Contractor. A three (3) year Maintenance Bond for 100% of the contract value shall be provided by the Contractor to the Owner upon release of the Performance Bond. (4) Payment Bond, approved by the Owner, shall be provided in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to hold any or all Bids for a period of not more than ninety (90) days after the date on which the Bids are opened and, for such ninety (90) day period, all such Bids shall be in full force and effect. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Bids but no Bidder shall withdraw a Bid within the ninety (90) days after the actual opening of the Bids.
