Approx. 13,907 sq feet Colors- KM French Clay, KM Castlemare Orinda Library is located at 26 Orinda Way, Orinda CA 94563 Approx. 31,947 sq feet Colors- Body colors - SW Pottery Urn, Universal Khaki, Parisian Patina Iron Fencing and Awnings- KM old Grey Mare Community Center is located at 28 Orinda Way, Orinda CA 94563 Approx 14,705 sq feet Colors- TBD Engineer's cost estimate: $480,000 Contract Time of Completion: 65 Working Days Bids and bid bonds shall be made on the Bid Proposal issued. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check/s or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, made payable to the order of City of Orinda.
