The Highland County Board of Commissioners is requesting professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services, in accordance with ORC 153.68. Architect and Engineering and planning services on an as needed basis. These services are of a professional and noncompetitive nature. Consultants will be selected and pre-qualified to provide services on an as needed basis for the following general areas: Architect and engineering planning services for prospective projects and programs of HighlandCounty. These services may include conceptual planning, feasibility studies and facilities plans for renovation/construction of County facilities. Architect and engineering services for detail; production of construction contract documents; estimation of construction costs; and construction administration of proposed building projects. Mechanical and/or electrical design of equipment installation or modification within a facility. These services may include preparation of detailed plans, specifications, material lists, schematic drawing or process design memorandums. A selection committee will consider submitted Statements of Qualifications to determine the most qualified firm(s)to suit the needs of Highland County. The determination of the selection committee shall be final and not subject to appeal.
