**As of May 29,2025, the project was awarded to Romine Tile Services, with an awarded amount of $223,500.** Phase II Reconstruction of the Robert Tellman Regulated Drain, located in Bartholomew County Indiana, together with other work incidental thereto as is set more specifically forth in the drawings and specifications prepared by the County Surveyor. The improvements for which sealed bids or proposals will be received consist of the following: installing approximately 4,450 feet of 18 perforated dual wall field tile, backfilling, grading, road cut and repair, and such other incidental work as may be necessary to complete such work. All bids must be submitted on Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 accompanied with an anti-discrimination statement and non-collusion affidavit as required by Indiana Law (forms not provided). Each bid or proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or bid bond payable to the Bartholomew County Drainage Board in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall be required to furnish an acceptable performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. It is intended that actual construction shall be started after 2025 crops have been harvested and each bidder shall be prepared to properly enter into a construction contract, furnish a performance bond and begin the work at that time should he be awarded the contract. No bidder may withdraw any bid or proposal within a period of sixty (60) days following the date set for receiving bids or proposals. The Drainage Board reserves the right to hold any and all bids or proposals for a period of not more than sixty (60) days and said bids or proposals shall be and remain in full force and effect during said period. Said Board also reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals and the right to wave informalities.
