Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/10/2025 10:00:00 AM (ET) The City of Columbus expressly reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. The work must be completed by April 7, 2025. Failure to complete projects on time will result in the deduction of $100 per calendar day, not counting weekends and holidays, as liquidated damages, from any money due the Contractor. The scope of the work shall be installation of curbs, HMA, sidewalk, and structural concrete base. Installation shall be as shown in the advertisement for quote. All work will be performed at the detailed and specific direction of the City Engineer’s office. 104.03 Maintenance of Traffic Traffic control including signs, lights, flag person, etc., shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Refer to item 30, paragraph 4 of General Conditions, Specification No. 100. The contractor shall install temporary pavement markings as needed to maintain the safe flow of traffic. The cost of the temporary markings shall be included in the cost per ton of the asphalt
