Blaisdell Center Redevelopment - Concert Hall Exterior Improvements (Project C Phase One), Estimated Cost: $2,800,000.00 Questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to ROMONA MAESHIRO at bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. Contract performance and payment bonds shall be required for all Construction projects greater than $50,000.00 and shall be one hundred percent of the contract amount. Bid Security Amount. Bid security amount shall be equal to at least five percent of the Offeror's total bid amount. A certificate of deposit; credit union share certificate; or cashiers, treasurer's, teller's, or official check drawn by, or a certified check accepted by a bank, a savings institution, or credit union insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the National Credit Union Administration, and payable at sight or unconditionally assigned to the Director of The Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu. i) These instruments may be utilized only to a maximum of $250,000.00. ii) If the required security amount totals over $250,000.00, more than one instrument not exceeding $250,000.00 each and issued by different financial institutions shall be accepted. Pursuant to Section 3-122-16.05 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules, a pre-bid conference shall be held for construction or design-build projects with a total estimated contract value of $500,000.00 or more.
