The Board of Education of Indian Prairie School District 204, DuPage County, Aurora, Illinois, hereinafter known as Owner, is seeking bids for asbestos abatement at Longwood Elementary School 30W240 Bruce Lane, Naperville, IL and Georgetown Elementary School 995 Long Grove Drive Aurora. IL. The Project consists of the abatement of floor tile and mastic from several locations at each school. Bid specifications will be distributed and the Owner and Consultant will be present to answer questions. Bidders are to enter at Door #01 and must present a valid State Identification Card to gain access to the Pre-Bid as well as the site inspections. Site inspections at Georgetown and Longwood Schools will follow the Pre-Bid Conference. This will be the only time Contractors will be allowed to visit the school site!
