Project consists of the renovation of approximately 8,000 s.f. of an existing type 2B, fully sprinkled facility. A new secure vestibule entrance shall be created on the eastern façade, to enter Fire Station 8. The main renovation includes selective wall demolition, replacement of flooring, walls, and ceilings, new LED lighting fixtures and controls within the customer service office, lobby and support spaces. Modification of ductwork and sprinkler will also be required to conform to new office layout.
