Vernon Trial System through the construction of a 10 ft. wide, multi-use path from South High Street/Madison Street (SR 13) to the south side of Ohio Street/CR 1050 along US 36 (Broadway Street) Phase 5 - The proposed phase will expand the Mt. Vernon Trail System through the construction of a 10 ft. wide, multi-use asphalt path from US 36 to N. Marble Way along the south side of Ohio Street/CR 1050 Phase 6 - The proposed phase will expand the Mt. Vernon Trail System through the construction of a 10 ft. wide, multi-use asphalt path from Ohio Street/CR1050 along US 36 (Broadway Street) to Flint Boulevard Intersection Improvement - US 36 (Broadway Street) @ SR 13 (Madison Street) intersection. 0.04 miles west of SR 13 (Madison Street) to east side of SR 13 (Madison Street) and New Terrain South Madison Street (SR 13) approach to US 36 (Broadway Street) @ SR 13 (Madison Street). And signalized intersection improvements for pedestrians, bicycles, and vehicles. Additional details on specific scoping items in the MPO required Scope of Work.
