Renovation of a laboratory facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The work described in the drawings and specifications is part of a project by the University of Victoria to renovate Marine Biology Teaching Labs 107 and 109 in the Petch Building. Included in the renovation is work to the mechanical and electrical systems, new flooring, paint, AV equipment and enhanced access to teaching tools, as well as replacement of all existing millwork. In addition there will be an partial upgrade to building systems that house the aquatic animals on site.
