Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to complete all construction required for the building 9 renovation for an Executive Suite at the Melbourne campus located at 3865 N Wickham Rd., Melbourne, FL 32935. All plans and specifications for this project are detailed in the files to be downloaded. This project consists of renovation of Building 9, rooms 112, 114, 115, 115A, 118, and 119 which is approx. 1,200+/- square feet at The King Center. Spaces to be renovated are currently storage rooms, hallway, office space, and sound control room. The intended use is to create a Suite for guests to enjoy performances in a secure and private environment. The space will include a lounge and restrooms. A "Green Room", directly accessible to the "Viewing Room" will be created for guests to enjoy snacks and beverages prior to performance.
