Site work and new construction of a residential development in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Community Housing Initiative ("Owner") for single family construction to be completed on one property in the City of Melbourne, Florida. One (1) Residential New Construction Project Located At 1204 Reverend Nathaniel L. Harris Street Melbourne, Florida 32901 construction of four single family homes in Melbourne, Florida The scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, permits, drawings, and services necessary for the proper completion of the work in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Work Write-Up and General Specifications. Contractor may provide set of plans and specifications for single family construction. All construction work must be carried out in compliance with localy adopted housing codes. The City of Melbourne has adopted the following relatie to housing: Florida Building Code 2023 8th Edition, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. Florida Building Code 2023 8th Edition Residentials, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. Florida Mechanical Code 2023 8th Edition, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. Florida Fuel Gas Code 2023 8th Edition, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. Florida Plumbing Code 2023 8th Edition, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. National Electric Code of NFPA 70, 2023 Melbourne City Code of Ordinances Sanitary Codes (County Health Department) In cases where compliance with these codes are impractical and/or cost prohibitive, Contractors will be required to comply to the code to the extent feasible as determined by the Building Department. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. All questions about the meaning or intent of the invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing and directed to Community Housing Initiative located at 3033 College Wood Drive, Melbuorne, FL 32934, Attention: Nicole Tenpenny, Executive Director. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal efforts and shall not be relied upon by Bidders in submitting their bids.
