The Greensboro Housing Authority, located at 101 Centerville Circle in Greensboro, Alabama, is accepting proposals for lawn service (care) of 66 apartment units and an office located at four (4) different site locations: * Hobson Court (St.) 10 units, plus across the street near the old John Deere * Centerville Circle (St.) 23 units off Highway 25, going toward Heartland Catfish * Jackson Street (Heights) 18 units behind Greensboro High/Middle School * Country Meadows (Knight St.) 16 units located off Highway 69 North to Tuscaloosa The proposal must include: * Cutting and weed-eating of all lawns to the property line at the front and back of apartments * Blowing excess grass from all porches, sidewalks, and AC units * Edging and removal of grass inside sidewalks * Trimming of shrubs as needed during the cutting, as directed by the Executive Director Requirements: You must live within a 35- mile radius. Your proposal must include proof of liability insurance, a tax ID number or Social Security number, and the per-cutting amount for all properties. Cutting must be completed for all sites within 24 hours. The awarding of the contract will be for a three (3) year term. The Housing Authority reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if services are not satisfactory. Additionally, the Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and is not obligated to select the lowest bid.
