Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work. This project will reconstruct a portion of steam tunnel in Parking Lot 8. Work includes pavement removal, structural demolition, and cast-in-place tunnel construction. Contractor shall provide all incidental materials and equipment necessary to complete the work to specifications. Contractor shall provide tree protection and construction fencing as identified and is responsible for all pedestrian and vehicular traffic control signage.
