This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS BOUDREAU ROAD / CAMPBELL ROAD, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The work involves completing civil and utility upgrades at the intersection of Boudreau Road and Campbell Road to improve its overall function, safety, and long-term performance and includes but not limited to; Removal of existing concrete and asphalt structure or millings as indicated in the plans. Removal of existing CBs/CBMH and installation of new CB/CBMH with leads. Preparation of subgrade in accordance with the geotechnical report and the City of St. Albert's engineering standards. Supply and place all roadway materials; including gravel, asphalt, concrete and all necessary materials. Supply and placement of concrete for sidewalk, monowalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and commercial crossings as indicated on the plans. Traffic accommodation during construction to facilitate movement of traffic through the intersection. Landscape and tree protection to return the area to its original state. Relocation of existing sign with concrete base. The scope will be expanded next week to include the lining of existing watermains and sanitary sewers. Supporting materials, including drawings and tender documents, will be provided as part of the RFP package in a future Addendum.
