Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Said Construction generally consists of Site Work and Restroom Construction. The project will be delivered through a Construction Manager as Advisor delivery model and the City will be accepting prime contract bids for the following Work Scopes: ITEM DESCRIPTION UNITS QUANTITY Work Scope-3A CONCRETE LS 1 Work Scope-4A MASONRY LS 1 Work Scope-6A GENERAL TRADES LS 1 Work Scope-23A MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING LS 1 Work Scope-26A ELECTRICAL LS 1 Work Scope-31A EARTHWORK LS 1 Each bid must be on the prescribed bid form and accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% the amount of the bid, which amount shall be forfeited to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to them shall fail to enter into the contract so let; the Common Council reserving the right to reject any and all bids.
