This project is to clean up and dispose of all the solid waste at 4613 70th Ave. NE located outside Rochester, Minnesota. It will include building demolition as well as disposal services for the structures on the property. Question Cut Off Date 4/14/2025 02:00:00 PM (CT) This project is to clean up and dispose of all the solid waste at 4613 70 th Ave. NE located outside Rochester, Minnesota. It will include building demolition as well as disposal services for the structures on the property. This includes the proper management of all materials prior to and following demolition in accordance with all Federal, State, and local requirements. The property is owned by Olmsted County and is a former radar base, group home, and farm that was tax forfeited to Olmsted County. 1.2 Demolition should include the entire building structure and demolition of the slab, footings, sidewalks and associated utilities. All ground surfaces left from the project should be graded to the same elevation as the surrounding property with a four-inch layer of topsoil and hydroseeded with a MNDOT Seed Specification Southern Tallgrass Roadside (STR) mixture grass seed. The MNDOT seeding manual is attached. 1.3 This project is partially funded by a grant from the State of Minnesota and funds from Olmsted County
