The work being completed on N 125th Street, N 126th Street, and W. Stark Street is being partially funded by WisDOT through the Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) using MSILT funds. All project work shall be substantially completed within 120 calendar days of notice to proceed. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid and Bids which best serve the interests of the Village.
