The Town of Agawam, through its School Building Committee, requests qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified Trade Contractors submit Statements of Qualifications for the Agawam High School Building Project. This RFQ is for Early Bid Package #2. Interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work, at the estimated values indicated: Elevators $395,000 The Owner's Project Manager is LeftField, the Designer is Flansburgh Architects, the Construction Manager is Fontaine Brothers. The Estimated Total Construction Cost for the project is $186,951,887. All responders must create a User Profile (no charge) to submit a SOQ. Evaluations are expected to be complete by March 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Prospective Respondents shall not communicate with any person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee at any time during the RFQ process except through written questions submitted in accordance with the process outlined in the RFQ. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process for trade contractors as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. The required SOQ is different from DCAMM Certification. The Town of Agawam, acting through its SBC and Prequalification Committee, reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, to waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town of Agawam and Agawam Public Schools.
