Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work To Be Done: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled Polar Beverage Pump Station No. 1. In general, the project consists of the construction of a new Polar beverage {Pump station, piping, wet well, generator and miscellaneous item for a complete job. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid. All bonds shall be by a surety company licensed in Georgia with an “A” minimum rating of performance and a financial strength of at least five (5) times the contract price as listed in the most current publication of “Best’s Key Rating Guide Property Liability”. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
