The deadline to ask questions is 3/18/2025 2:00 PM CST ILMS NO. 24120691 Scope of Project: 1,800 LF of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 120 LF of Trenchless 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 500 LF of 24-inch, 200 LF of 30-inch, 550 LF of 42-inch, 750 LF of 48-inch, 200 LF of 54-inch, 300 LF of 60-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 150 LF of 8'x5' RCB storm sewer and all appurtenances Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidder agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 10.03 of the General Conditions within forty five (45) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Anticipated Start Date Early to mid May. Plans Approved: Plans are in the process of being approved at the same time that contracts would be signed.
