Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dawsonville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of APRIL 2 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing the construction of a complete four-leg roundabout intersection at the existing intersection of Auraria Rd. and Burnt Stand Rd.; also, the entrance road into The White Oak Learning Academy. The roadway project totals approximately 2,900 L.F. of roads containing asphalt pavement with concrete curb and gutter, concrete truck apron, and sidewalks, driveway replacement, crosswalks, raised medians, signage and markings, storm drainage structures and piping, site grading, sodding, and erosion and sediment control. Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, either procedural or technical, shall be in writing and are to be submitted to the Purchasing Agent, Ryan McDuffie, via email at ryan.mcduffie@lumpkincounty.gov as well as the Design Engineer of Record, Sean Hayes, at shayes@fdc-llc.com by 5:00 PM local time March 4th, 2025 Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The Bid Bond may be in the form of a bond issued by a surety acceptable to the County or a cashier's check made payable to Lumpkin County, Georgia. The entire Bid Bond shall be forfeited to Lumpkin County as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) days after being notified that they have been awarded the Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a contract Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the Bid and provide insurance coverage as required in the Contract Documents.
