REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - AIRPORT ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES Engineering Services for the following projects listed on the CIP for a period of up to a maximum of five years for 2025 through 2029. AWOS III (Design), AWOS III (Construction), Pavement Surface Treatment, Crack Repair List Engineering Projects as they appear on the CIP Statements of Qualifications sal set for the qualifications to accomplish engineering services for the period of the years 2025 through 2029 at Eureka Airport. Firms shall demonstrate their qualifications by addressing the questions contained in the "Consultant Selection Criteria". Copies of the "Consultant Selection criteria" for this airport project can be obtained at Eureka City Office in Eureka, South Dakota. The selected firm is encouraged to obtain DBE engineering services or provide "Good Faith Effort" for this project. Upon receipt of Statement of Qualifications, the City of Eureka, shall select the most qualified firm to perform the anticipated work. Selection will be performed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/1500-14E. Anticipated fees shall not be included in the SOQ, and each project will be negotiated with the selected firm following the selection period.
