Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Eureka, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of June 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Eureka, South Dakota (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Eureka City Hall ADA Renovations The Project includes the following Work: ADA Entrance Improvements. Remodeling 2 Bathrooms. ADA Parking Lot Improvements. Bids are requested for the following Contract: One bid for complete project. Each bid will be submitted on the basis of a cash payment for work. It will be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the above-mentioned City and shall be designated that the bid is for "Eureka City Hall ADA Renovations". All proposals shall be made on the forms furnished by the Owner. Each bidder shall submit with his proposal a certified check or cashier's check, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, and made payable to the City of Eureka, South Dakota, as a guarantee of the bidder entering into a contract for the construction of the work and furnishing of a 100% performance and a 100% payment bond. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to Bond and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately.
