Site work and paving for a road / highway in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Vail requests Bids for: A 2" mill and asphalt overlay on local neighborhoods roads in East Vail, approximately 3,800 Tons asphalt. Work is scheduled to be performed between June 3 and October 10, 2025, for all roads excluding Meadow Dr, Meadow Ln, Juniper Ln and Black Gore Dr. Meadow Dr, Meadow Ln, Juniper Ln and Black Gore Dr are to be performed between September 2 and October 10, 2025, due to scheduled drainage improvement projects. Final questions and answers will be sent to pre-qualified bidders that had requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project no later than Monday morning of bid opening week.No Addenda will be issued later than March 25, 2025, except for an addendum, if necessary, postponing the Bid date or withdrawing the Invitation for Bids.
