Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of low slope roof systems, steep slope roof system and associated sheet metal work at Coleman Elementary School, as noted on the drawings and in the project manual. 1. All costs for overtime, weekend work, or additional manpower shall be included in the Base Bid, as required to meet the project schedule/timeline as outlined herein. 2. All work shall be under Prime Roofing Contractor. All demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing work is a part of the Prime Roofing Contractors responsibility. 3. The Time Schedule for this work is very critical. When submitting a bid, the Prime Roofing Contractor agrees they can meet the completion requirements. The bidder agrees they have adequate staff and financial resources to complete the project on time. The bidder further agrees they have included any premium necessary to have workers on overtime, multiple working shifts, holidays, weekends or any other arrangement to adequately man the project to meet the schedule. The Prime Roofing Contractor further agrees they will place a Project Superintendent from his staff full time on the project. In addition, the Project Superintendent must be on site any time any subcontractors are on site. Failure to maintain a full time Project Superintendent on the site from start to final acceptance will be reason for the Owner to deduct from the contract amount all costs of services if the Owner and/or Architect decide any other services are required to complete the project in an orderly and timely manner
