Component 1 - Creek/drainage ditch located approximately 300' west ofHill Street and Union Street intersection, pour concrete 4" thick, 1' acrossbottom of ditch running up west side of ditch approximately 3' then 2' westalong top of plateau, 30' in length. This component must be completedbefore component 4, section 3 can be completed.Component 2 - From Hill Street and 2nd Street intersection, clean ditchstarting at intersection going west to main drainage ditch, approximately425', adding culverts as follows: 20' 10" poly tube in alley. 26' 15" polytube under Fulton Street, and 50' 15" poly tube at elevator entrance. Alltubes to be covered with rock and street must be covered with rock and4" of cold patch asphalt.Component 3 - From Clay Street and 1st Street intersection, replace oldculvert with 15" poly tube and add another 15' poly tube, side by side.Both tubes to be covered with rock and 4" of cold patch asphalt. Alsoshape ditches on each side of culverts and clean ditch on west side ofClay Street from 1st Street to 2nd Street.Component 4 - has 3 sections; 1) Replace 6-8" riprap in drainage ditch onnorth side of 1st St - 57' long X 22' wide X 7" depth; 2) Replace 6-8" riprapin drainage ditch on south side of 1st St - 57' long X 28' wide X 7" depth;3) Component 1 must be completed prior to starting this section.
