Remodeling of an educational facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Project includes the replacement of flooring, wall finishes and light fixtures in the concourse area of the Lakeway Learning Center. The project also includes removal of existing planters and floor infill. It also includes an alternate to provide a new storage room in the east vestibule framed with storefront framing. New fire extinguisher cabinets and signage are being provided along with other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Lakeway Learning Center Concourse Remodel Accepting Bids from qaulified contractors for a remodel project at Lakeway Learning Center. The Campbell County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding.
