A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project is for the construction of 300,000-gallon multi-legged elevated storage tank including steel tank construction, coatings, fencing, minor piping, general site grading, and other miscellaneous construction activities. Estimate: $1,200,000.00 Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions and inquiries about the project should be directed to Alvin R. (Trae) Sutton, . Questions after that time and date will not be addressed and the Engineer and/or Owner shall not be bound by any references or dates obtained by the Bidders unless an official addendum is produced and released by Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, LP. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to WCID#3 in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within thirty (30) days after the notification of the award of the contract.
