Bidders must satisfy the following minimum qualifications. All qualifications will be evaluated on a "pass/fail" basis. Bidders must submit supporting documentation to evidence their ability to satisfy each qualification. If any bidder is not able to satisfy any qualification, their bid will be rejected. The contractor must be within 100 miles or 2 hours traveling distance/time to the 750 East Adams Street Syracuse, New York 13210. In the event the Successful Bidder is required to be reimbursed for travel, Bidder shall be reimbursed at rates not to exceed the current NYS Schedule of Allowable Reimbursable Travel Expenses.
