The work will consist of the cleaning and lining of 6" and 8" cast-iron pipe, set up and take down of a temporary water system and replacement of valves, bends or sections of pipe used as access points. Information for Bidders and all Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at the office of OCWA, Northern Concourse, North Syracuse, New York 13212. Comments or questions regarding the Contract Documents may be submitted electronically. Each bid shall be accompanied by the certified check of the bidder or by a Bid Bond, which conforms to American Institute ofArchitects Document A-310 (current edition) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Bidders are required to complete and sign the Bid, the Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, Combined Disclosure, Affirmation and Certification and Sexual Harassment Prevention Certification. For convenience sake, the attention of Bidders is directed to the Bid Forms, printed on colored paper in this book, for completion. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bids, to reject any and all bids, and to award the Contract in whole or in parts.
