**As of July 17,2025 the town doesnt have enough BIDs to submit to cover the cost of the subscription. No definite date for rebid. The Town of Superior Queen Creek Restoration Project includes the construction of the two pipelines to deliver 6-inch groundwater (~7000 LF) and 4-inch reclaimed wastewater effluent (~7000 LF) to the segment of the Queen Creek (normally a dry wash) that flows through the Town. To size these pipelines and related facilities, hydraulic modeling was performed to validate and confirm the sizing of the pipelines. The hydraulic modeling for Phase I includes developing the system head curve of the Reclaimed Water Pump Station at the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Phase II restoration activity includes the validation of the pipe size to discharge groundwater from a well into anew gravity pipeline, located near the Arizona Water storage tank. This new pipeline will deliver groundwater to the Queen Creek by gravity to restore riparian habitats. Project located in Superior, Pinal County, Arizona, that is being considered for implementation under the authority of Section 595 of the Water Resources. The Town of Superior Council reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any non-conformance, to readvertise for Bids, and to withhold the award for any reason the Town of Superior determines.
