Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Union, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Union (OWNER) reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. OWNERS reserve the right to negotiate with apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of OWNER. All Bidders be aware that the work associated with this contract shall not begin prior to July 1, 2025. the Union 2025 Concrete Maintenance Project. The scope of work includes curb, sidewalk, and ADA ramp reconstruction within the city limits. A. This bid will consist of providing incidental sidewalk, curb and gutter, and various paving construction work for the City when minor projects arise. The intent of the contract is to perform various concrete replacement projects throughout the city on an as needed basis. The City will provide a minimum of one (1) week notice for all work to be performed. This notice will include a quantity and description of the work to be performed as well as a reasonable time frame in which the work is to be completed. This bid shall be valid for a term of one (1) year beginning with the date this contract is executed. B. The Work is located in Boone County, Kentucky. C. Contracting Method: The Work will be constructed under one prime contract. Question Deadline: 03/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Invitation for Bids shall be submitted to OWNER in writing.
