The Gwinnett County Airport Authority and the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners are soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants to Provide Aviation Demand Professional Services on an Annual Contract, with four (4) options to renew, for the Department of Transportation, Aviation Division. Proposals must be returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the proposal number and company name. A list of firms submitting proposals will be available the following business day. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. One unbound original and five (5) copies should be submitted. Contractor is advised that all Federal Aviation Administration grant funded projects currently have a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation goal of 7.33% This requirement is subject to change to remain compliant with applicable laws.
