Work is as specified in the Bid Document and is to be done in accordance with current GDOT standards and specifications. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who has not received a set of bid documents from the above-mentioned office. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who does not meet the pre-qualification requirements outlined in paragraph B.01. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on an accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid.
