Completion Date: Sept. 1, 2025 Lincoln County School District No. 2 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Cokeville High School Weight Room Renovation. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Sealed proposals shall be marked "Cokeville High School Weight Room Renovation." and shall state the name of the company bidding on the outside of the envelope. Description: The project scope includes but is not limited to all work necessary to complete the removal of an interior partition wall, laboratory casework with plumbing and gas, flooring, and miscellaneous wall mounted accessories. Including, the supply and installation of new flooring, finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract.
