The project area includes intersection locations along Bristol Avenue, Westerly Parkway, and Tanager Drive in the Green Leaf Manor subdivision; all in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes removal and replacement of concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, detectable warning devices, topsoil, seeding, and associated work. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified for the work being performed with the bid. This contract is NOT subject to prevailing minimum wage requirements. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities. You are hereby notified that your BID has been accepted for items in the amount of $ . You are required by the Information for Bidders to execute the Agreement and furnish the required certificates of insurance, performance bond and payment bond within ten (10) calendar days from the date of this Notice to you. If you fail to execute said Agreement within ten (10) days from the date of this Notice, said OWNER will be entitled to consider all your rights arising out of the OWNER’S acceptance of your BID as abandoned and as a forfeiture of your BID BOND.
