Reference Number 0000377690 The main objective of this project is to install an infiltration facility below Newhall Park to divert, capture, and treat stormwater runoff and improve water quality as part of the Enhanced Watershed Management Program (EWMP). Construction and installation of the infiltration chambers will require excavation of the park and afterwards, natural turf will be replaced and the park will be enhanced with additional park improvements and amenities. With this RFP, the City is seeking a well-qualified consultant to provide design services for the park improvements.
