Site Directions: individual scattered sites on the Trenton Indian Service Area, Divide, Williams & McKenzie Counties, North Dakota; Sheridan, Roosevelt and Richland Counties, Montana. Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this work. Failure to visit the Site and obtain a general feeling for the location of the described work will not relieve the Contractor from the requirement to furnish all materials and perform all jobs necessary to complete the Work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents. No bids received. The Trenton Indian Service Area will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of individual and community water and sewer facilities at scattered sites on the Trenton Indian Service Area, Divide, Williams & McKenzie Counties, North Dakota; Sheridan, Roosevelt and Richland Counties, Montana. The scope of the work includes furnishing, on a requirements basis, all labor, equipment, and materials to construct individual and community facilities to serve individual home sites pursuant to work orders. Notification to the Contractor to begin construction of any site will be by a work order. Each Work Order will specify the location of the Work to be performed, the items of Work to be completed, and the completion date for the Work. A sketch of each site to be served will accompany the Work Order showing approximate locations of the facilities to be constructed. The Contractor and any sub-contractors will be required to begin work within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the Work Order. Estimated quantities have been entered on the bid schedules, but due to differing site conditions throughout the Reservation, the quantities will change based on the need at each location. The contract price shall not exceed $150,000 per year or $450,000 for the term. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work, but it is estimated to be $75,000 per year. The contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. Funding for the work is provided by the Federal Government, and payments on the work will be processed by the Owner and the Federal Agency providing the funding. The contract term will extend to December 31, 2026.
