Trenton High School gymnasium mechanical improvements project. Project consists of demolition of (2) existing air handling units, supply and install of (2) new air handling units, condensate pumps and motorized dampers. Project also includes required electrical work. Zero architectural work included in the project. All work takes place in the school gymnasium. Single combined bids will be received for all portions of the work. The successful bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project. Bid including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders 00 1000.7. Cash, Bidders Bond, cashier's checks or certified checks will be accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidders Bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid, including all add alternates, executed by the bidder as principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in this State, conditioned that if the Principal's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to him, he, within ten days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of his bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing Board.
