Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, in support of the North Montana VA Health Care System, is requesting quotations for Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems Monitoring, Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair (MITMR). The Offeror shall submit prices for Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression MITMR for one base-year and four one-year option periods. The estimated period of for this requirement is May 15, 2025, to May 14, 2026. Description and Pricing Schedule: The Contractor must furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability for Wet and Dry Sprinkler Fire Protection Systems and Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems in accordance with NFPA and Joint Commission requirements including the tasks listed in the Statement of Work to the Ft Harrison VA Medical Center, 3780 Independence Way Fort Harrison, MT 59636 and the Miles City VA Community Living Center, 210 South Winchester Avenue Miles City, MT 59301. All interested SDVOSBs shall quote the unit price (i.e., the price per year) on the attached Pricing Schedule.
