The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services to perform a comprehensive review and update of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL) Acquisition Workforce Competency Model (AWCM). This includes reviewing the current AWCM, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and updating the model to align with current acquisition workforce needs, federal acquisition regulations, and best practices. The contractor will also develop a crosswalk between the updated AWCM and existing VA acquisition training and certification programs, ensuring integration and consistency. Deliverables include a revised AWCM, a crosswalk document, and recommendations for implementation and future updates. All work must be completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. Location: Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics, 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20420 Period of Performance This requirement shall consist of a one (1) year base period with four (4) option periods of one (1) year each. The period of performance for this Purchase Order shall be twelve (12) months from the date of award with four (4) twelve-month option periods.
