Reference Number 0000377251 Job Location 2278 Robina Berkley, Michigan United States 48072 Replacement of approximately 4,800 square feet of 5' and 6' wide concrete sidewalk and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp improvements at the City of Berkley Community Park, located near the corner of Oxford Road and Robina Avenue, including all necessary site demolition, removals, grading, and restoration as specified and shown on the drawings. Most of this project is Federally Funded. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
